The sRDMS is an employment reference data store that empowers employers with the means of providing one reference per employee and the ability to obtain consistent, reliable, timely employment references from other employers.

Accessed primarily over the web, and offering multiple layers of encryption to guarantee security and authenticity, it takes the pain out of the referencing process for all parties.

Used to provide references for staff when they leave (for legal compliance) and to screen candidates. Also used to provide salary/tenant verification references.
